The CAS Veterinary Health Care Leadership and Management provides you with hands-on knowledge over six months to manage locations confidently, develop teams and make sound business decisions, specifically tailored to veterinary medicine.
Duration: 6 months
Workload: 15 ECTS (spread across 17 teaching days, 50 percent remote learning and 50 percent on-site attendance)
Format: Remote and on-site. Assessment: Certificate of Advanced Studies (transferable to a MAS)

Thesis
In the CAS Veterinary Health Care Leadership & Management programme, the transfer of knowledge into everyday practice is a central focus. One example is the thesis published in the professional journal Kleintier konkret by Janine Rohner, Project Manager at VetTrust, entitled “Sustainability Meets Veterinary Medicine”. In her work, she examines and outlines concrete measures for making veterinary practices more sustainable and shows how progress can be made measurable through clearly defined KPIs.
Completion, Admission and Enrollment
Final Thesis
Individual transfer project in which the acquired knowledge is applied directly in professional practice and creates tangible value for the organisation.

Degree from a university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent higher education qualification
